DNA partnered with Phasa Development to acquire an 8 unit apartment building located on the corner of 6th Avenue and 4th Street in Park Slope, Brooklyn around the corner from PS 321. With Phasa, we designed and are currently renovating the building, repositioning it into a 5 unit luxury condominium building with direct elevator access to each unit. The upper floors will have one apartment per floor, and there will be 2 duplex units on the ground floor. There will also be a common roof deck with sweeping views of the Statue of Liberty, New York Harbor and the Manhattan skyline.
