A joint venture between DNA and partner Landsea Homes acquired a 112.5′ wide x 75′ corner development site on the northeast corner of 6th Avenue and 14th Street in Manhattan and built a 50 unit, ~80,000 SF ground up mixed-use luxury condo building called FÖRENA, with 49 of 50 units sold.
